With over 25 years of experience in aviation on the Boeing 737 as a captain, instructor and examiner, in which technical skills, Team management and Interpersonal skills as part of Crew Resource Management are central.
In addition to his work in aviation, Walter works for the fire brigade in the region, as a commander, driver and crew.
The interfaces between emergency services and aviation, regarding communication, interpersonal skills and Human Factors in general, are abundantly clear. Human errors can have major consequences. To help reduce the chance of committing these mistakes, Walter has taken the step as an entrepreneur to focus on the person behind the professional.
