This training will be given in combination with the Teamwork training
Goal:
Increase your skills and awareness to act as a leader, as a leader within a team, as an individual within a team and as a team as a whole, thus increasing effectiveness.
Content training:
In the leadership training we will increase your insight into situational leadership and leadership characteristics. You will learn to apply the right leadership style to have a positive influence on the team.
After the training you will be able to:
- Recognize leadership characteristics
- Learn leadership characteristics
- Recognize leadership styles
- Recognize your own leadership style
- Adjust your own leadership style to the situation
- Handle different leadership styles
- Recognize team behaviour
- Assess input from each team member
- Act as a leader and/or individual within a team
- Consciously deal with an assigned role within a team
- Consciously deal with the influences of other CRM elements
