This training will be given in combination with the Leadership training
Goal:
Increase your skills and awareness to act as a leader, as a leader within a team, as an individual within a team and as a team as a whole, thus increasing effectiveness.
Content training:
In the teamwork training you will learn that each individual within a team is of value. You will learn to increase the effectiveness of the team by merging individuals and the right leadership style.
After the training you will be able to:
- Recognize leadership characteristics and styles
- Handle different leadership styles
- Accept the individual role within a team
- Consciously deal with an assigned role within a team
- Assess input from each team member
- Recognize team behaviour
- Act as a leader and/or individual within a team
- Consciously deal with the influences of other CRM elements
